Where do I make my dolls, plushies and home décor items?

Every item in my shop is imagined, lovingly designed and hand crafted in my home studio.

What are my dolls, plushies and home décor items made of?

My dolls, plushies and other items are all made with high quality, pre-washed cotton and linen fabrics.  There may be times that some fabrics I use are hand dyed by myself to create a unique look.  To ensure durability for my dolls and plushies, I double stitch around the areas that I feel may get the most wear.  My dolls and plushies are stuffed with fire-resistant, recycled poly-fil. This poly-fil is also hypo- allergenic and washable.  The “hair” on my dolls is made from assorted yarns derived from polyester, merino wool and alpaca.  In order to provide the best product, I select only the best fabrics, lace, ribbons, buttons, yarn, etc.

Can my dolls be played with?

Due to their handcrafted nature and small parts, my dolls are made for gentle, supervised play. Some of my dolls are custom orders so play-ability varies per doll.  In general, if the doll purchased contains small buttons, tiny details and hair, the best age range for these dolls is 5 and up.  For ages 0-5, my dolls can be used for decorative purposes until the child is old enough to play safely and supervised.  If interested in a doll for a baby or toddler friendly, you can always reach me at Diana@NightMoonAtelier.com to discuss options or here.

How can I find out when dolls will be available to buy from your shop? 

Whenever I complete any items for my shop, I post on Instagram as soon as they are listed. If you want to be the first to know when they are available, I recommend turning on page notifications for my shop on Instagram. Also, the best way to keep up with new listings, coupons and general information is by signing up for my newsletter on the bottom of this page.

Are my dolls truly one of a kind?

Yes, each doll or any item in my shop is one- of-a-kind. I have a few doll patterns that I alternate, but every element on each doll, plushie or any other item in my shop is truly one of a kind.  You will not find another item in my shop exactly like another.

Do you offer Payment Plans?

If there is a doll that you absolutely love and you would like to split the cost in half, I also offer a Split Payment Plan for ready made dolls in my shop . How does this work? Pay for half of the cost upfront as a non-refundable deposit. You will have 15 days from the date of the deposit, to pay the remaining balance. The doll is shipped once the second payment has been made. If the second payment isn't made by the due date the doll will be released and listed for sale again. If you would like to begin a Split Payment Plan, please reach out via this form. Please include the doll’s name on the form.

What are my shipping time frames?

Please see the item description for specific shipping information.  For now, I only ship within the United States.  I do hope to be able to offer international shipping in the near future. Please note that any shipping time frames cannot be guaranteed. Actual delivery time will depend on the specific mail carrier used for your shipment.
