Return Policy
NightMoon Atelier has a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item request a return, and 14 days after receiving your item to return it to NightMoon Atelier.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To begin the return process, you can contact me at diana@nightmoonatelier.com. If your return is accepted, I will send you a return item form and clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the item(s) must be returned in their original, unused state to be eligible for a refund. A refund will be issued within 7-10 days of receiving the returned item(s) in perfect condition. Your refund will include the listing amount paid for the item, excluding shipping and taxes. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned: custom products, personalized products, personal care goods (such as wearable textiles), and items on sale. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
Exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis and by the full discretion of NightMoon Atelier.
Refunds
I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember bank and credit card transactions can take some time to process dependent of the banking or credit institutions used for each purpose.
